Wyndham Alltra Playa Del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive

We spent 5 nights in standard room with the beds were supposed to be '' ugraded '', balconies, the facilities.

Their staff were quite rude.

Loved this hotel, had 4 great days here. We were in the suite with TV, a coffee machine and a work desk.

I had a very relaxing experience here, everything was perfect, the location was unbeatable close to shopping and bars and the beach.

I appreciated it, including food and people. I was there for 4 nights and ate at in-house restaurant which took forever to get food.

The restaurant was good with a delicious meals, I tried delicious dishes. The room had a big bathroom and climate control, multi-channel television, tea and coffee making facilities.

As for me, the area was disappointing.

Staff and food are wonderful, I liked comfortable bed.

The hotel is clean and big size with hospitable staff and a lovely pool.

Well-kept immaculate rooms, tiled bathroom, SAVOURY breakfast. Scenic view, a bigger balcony, fine bed, too.

Loved my stay, it was best, the service was excellent. The main bar was great and the drinks were tasty.

Spotlessly clean hotel with a knowledgeable staff and a satisfactory breakfast. Location within walking distance of the private beach. Bed was nice, room was neat and neat.

Hotel was so characterful. The room itself was soundproof, elegant and had the things we needed. We loved the public beach near our venue. Special service, excellent breakfast. The staff was faultless and the stay certainly was very good value for money.

The location was wonderful, the bed was perfectly comfortable, well maintained hotel. The room was big and reasonably large, I had facilities I needed. Staff were eager to help and overall they are best people. Took a walk around city center, located relatively near the venue.

I stayed for 1 night and had a fun time. Remarkable view of sea. Freshly cooked breakfast with outstanding yogurt, croissants, fruit, pancakes and bakery. Variety of various drinks, such as delicious drinks, beers, wines and cocktails in the bar. Pretty much what I expected : cute hotel, reasonably priced.

This is all inclusive hotel with impressive rooms and staff. Check out is late. What is more, free Wi-Fi worked in public areas.

Straightforward and fairly clean hotel; the rooms are attractive. Friendly location, right next to a handicraft museum. Outstanding breakfast, a wide array of options available.

It was really enjoyable 4 days, would return there. It was impeccably clean, staff was fabulous. The room we had included free Wi-Fi, iron/ironing board and floor to ceiling windows. Convenient location at a medium distance from playacar.

this hotel is equal to 4 stars. the service in general was quality. the property is in a quiet area and within a walking distance of everything. visited few places in the center, just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The pool was nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a wide array of food and it was tasty. The location was great for city trip in Playa del Carmen.

We could have lunch in Spice set within 800 feet. Free Wi Fi worked well.
